We have a dedicated customer service department to support instruments supplied by us. Our specialist engineers help in intsallation, qualification, operation & application training and repair & maintenance. Activities of our customer support department fall with in the ISO9001:2015 quality managemnt system.
CLiMET Air particle counters are calibrated in accordance with ISO 21501-4, PAMAS Liquid Particle counters as per USP or other pharmacoepia standards and oil particle counters according to ISO 11171/4406. Our team is equipped with necessary instruments and traceable standards. All master instruments are calibrated with NIST or NABL traceable standards. Team of trained engineers conduct onsite and offsite calibrations as per customer requirement. CLiMET and third party microbial air sampler are calibrated in accordance with ISO14698 requirements.
Repair and maintenance contracts are undertaken for the entire range of instruments supplied by us including for CLiMET, PAMAS, PALAS, Particle Metrix, CS-Instruments, Sentronic, In-Process, GMN and Systec & Solutions products. Our engineers have excellent electronics, opto-electronics & mechanical troubleshooting and instrument operating software knowledge. Support is extended via telephone and skype video calls, online teamviewer & anydesk support and personal visits.
Instruments operation and application training is conducted for all the instruments supplied by us. User workshops as group of users at a common facility and private workshops are organised at customer facility. User workshops are subject specific for example:
· Cleanroom particle counting, ISO14644 and technology of air partticle counters
· Microbial air sampling and ISO14698
· Filter and filter media testing
· Nano Tracking Analyser and exosome charaterisation
· Compressed air & Nitrogen validation as oper ISO8573 and pharmacopiea methods
· And other customised workshops based around technologies supported by us are also conducted
