AQ Guard is currently the most advanced compact aerosol spectrometer for determining pollution by particulates using 900 optical light scattering, single particle counting (It’s not a nephelometer!!). AQ Guard is offered in two versions: Indoor Air and Outdoor Air. Both models have integrated touch screen display and measure PM2.5 and PM10 data simultaneously. Fidas Frog is a portable aerosol spectrometer for measures simultaneously the environmentally relevant mass fractions PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10, TSP as well as the particle number and the particle size distribution within the particle size range of 0.18 – 100 µm. The very compact and light design as a portable hand-held monitor operates for 8 hours per charge battery or mains power. The Fidas ® Frog operates with a volume flow of 1.4 l/min and is equipped with sensors for environmental conditions, temperature, atmospheric pressure and relative humidity.

Fidas® 200, Fidas® 200 E and Fidas® 200 S models are currently the only optical single particle measuring devices that are type approved for simultaneous monitoring of PM10 and PM2.5 according to standards VDI 4202-1, VDI 4203-3, EN 12341, EN 14907, EN 16450, EU Equivalence Guide GDE, certified in compliance with standards EN 15267-1 and -2 and UK (Defra Approval) in compliance with "MCERTS Performance Standards for CAMS" & "MCERTS for UK Particulate Matter". The sampling system is equipped with a Sigma-2 sampling head according to VDI 2119-4 for representative sampling even under strong wind conditions, and a drying line which prevents condensation from causing measurement errors. Intelligent Aerosol Drying System – IADS is controlled based on ambient air temperature, pressure, and relative humidity. An optional weather station can provide wind velocity, wind direction, and precipitation data and an external 47mm dia filter holder is integrated, which allows external chemical analysis of the aerosol composition.
